Eligibility/Requirements

Documented successful completion of a Coaching Certification that included face-to-face or virtual live training
-
Performance evaluation (two audio recordings and/or written transcripts of coaching sessions)

Currently coaching paid clients
-
Documentation/log of coaching hours
-
Must have at least 100 or more practicing coach hours (at least 75 hours must be with paid clients)

Pass RMLICA Coach Competency Test with at least 80%
